RETURNS & REFUNDS

Blackdoves accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and unworn

• in their original condition

• returned with all original packaging and labels intact

Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, unless the item is received faulty or damaged.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@blackdoves.it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, items must be shipped to the following address:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
